One of customers who has a chain and several stores in Los Angeles contacted us while ago. They are in cosmetics and beauty business. She had a hand tufted rug with very light blue and open field background which gets dirty very easily. She wanted us to dye this rug to blue iris, something close to dark blue. We did this. It was a kind of difficult job because the rug was cleaned before we picked it up. Some chemicals were used to remove the stains by the cleaner and this made our dyeing very difficult and time consuming. The treated spots reacted differently to our dye and we had to remove the dye and let it dry before we could dye the spot again. We finished this job and our customer was happy.
